Cultivate takes place on Friday, September 20th, -Sunday, September 22nd, 2019. Friday 5:00-11:00, Saturday 11:00-11:00, Sunday 11:00-5:00
A weekend pass to Cultivate includes unlimited, weekend-long access to:
- Live music with an emphasis on Canada’s finest performers (past performers include The Strumbellas, Said the Whale, Fred Penner and Donovan Woods)
- Incredible local food, sourced mostly from Northumberland but exclusively from within Ontario, straight from farm-to-festival, samples start at just $3
- Handcrafted and local beverages, from craft breweries to artisanal cocktails, for just $5
- Hot and cold non-alcoholic, hand-crafted beverages from Northumberland’s best producers
- Cultivate School’s hands-on workshops and seminars with top chefs and cookbook authors
- Children & Family centre with open-ended play opportunities, family-focused performance, creative art workshops, and a comfortable breastfeeding and baby-change station. Best of all? A weekend pass for kids 12 and under is free!
- Out-of-the-box multi-disciplinary arts experiences
General Admission does not. Although the beer and wine vendors are good about letting you sample a taste before you buy. VIP’s do include tastings.
We have taken steps to ensure that there are as few barriers to enjoy the festival as possible. Although the park is flat it is an outdoor, grassy surface.
There are parking spots reserved for those with accessibility permits on Walton St at the corner of Queen St, and ….. There is clear directional signage marking the location of the festival, the front gate is fully accessible. Support persons and animals are permitted to the festival.
Once inside the festival, all food menus are written on large boards, the washrooms, food and drink service areas and stages are all wheelchair accessible. The Craft Beverage tent has tables with removable chairs.
Inside the festival grounds you will find a wide variety of food and drink - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic - but we understand that people have different needs. Our vendors would truly appreciate your support.
Outside alcohol is completely forbidden. Anyone caught with outside alcohol will be asked to leave the festival and will not be permitted to return.
Cultivate welcomes support animals but all other animals are not permitted
